2025 cornerback Jordyn Woods flips from Cincinnati and commits to Ohio State.
Ohio State's 2016 recruiting class finished ranked No. 4 in the country, according to 247Sports' composite rankings, and seven of the Buckeyes' 25-man class are already on campus.
Defensive tackle Malik Barrow, linebacker Tuf Borland, defensive end Jonathon Cooper, offensive linemen Tyler Gerald and Michael Jordan, wide receiver Austin Mack and running back Antonio Williams all arrived on Ohio State's campus in December to go through winter workouts. And on Tuesday, the seven true freshmen went through their very first spring practice in the scarlet and gray.
Head coach Urban Meyer singled out Mack as a guy who "had a great day," and also said Cooper figures to be in the defensive line rotation this fall. Meyer also confirmed Gerald and Barrow will be held out of spring practice due to injuries suffered in high school.
It was our first look at these seven guys, though, even if some weren't in action. It was also their first appearance on Ohio State's roster, so you can check out the heights, weights and jersey numbers of the seven early enrollees below.
