The Atlanta Tipoff Club on Monday named Ohio State All-Everything guard Kelsey Mitchell as one of 10 semifinalists for the 2018 Citizen Naismith Trophy Women's College Player of the Year.

This is her third semifinalist nomination in three years, and she is the only member of the Big Ten to make the cut.

"These 10 women represent the most outstanding players at the college level," Eric Oberman, executive director of the Atlanta Tipoff Club, said in a release. "As many of them lead their teams into the postseason, we are excited to see them compete for the Citizen Naismith Trophy Women's College Player of the Year honor, and we look forward to welcoming one of them to the Naismith family."

Averaging 24.5 points per game this season, Mitchell passed former Baylor center Brittney Griner over the weekend as the No. 3 all-time scorer in women's basketball history.
