Another year, another record-setting outing for the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer. The 2018 rendition of Ohio State's annual anti-cancer outing raised a record setting $3 million, shattering the old record of $2.5 million set it in 2017.
For an idea of how quick things escalated, the cruise raised $1.5 million in 2014, which was then a record as well.
The funds will be divided between the Urban & Shelley Meyer Fund for Cancer Research and The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute.
