It's been a hard summer for Michigan State alumnus and Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green. His team blew a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals, helped in part by Green getting suspended for his inability to stop hitting other dudes' testicles. His problems were compounded Sunday when East Lansing police arrested him for assault.
From mlive.com:
"The police department is not confirming any arrest with that name," said Lt. Scott Wrigglesworth, the East Lansing police department Public Information Officer. "What I can confirm is that we did arrest a current NBA basketball player this weekend and he was arrested for assault. That's all we're confirming right now."
Details remain sparse, so it's unknown if another man's scrotum is involved in this altercation as well. I'd like to think this started because even Spartan fans find this dude insufferable.
UPDATE (2:29 p.m.): This sounds about right:
Source close to the Draymond investigation says he slapped taunting fan at a nightclub in East Lansing. Victim not injured
