Gahanna product and Michigan State pivot Nick Ward fractured his hand in today's win over Ohio State according to an announcement from the school.
Ward totaled nine points and six rebounds in 19 minutes during Michigan State's spanking of the Buckeyes but could be seen grimacing on the sidelines with his left hand wrapped in padding and tape.
The hairline fracture will sideline Ward for an indefinite period of time but it is believed he could be back before the end of the season.
