After an off week to rebound from the loss to Purdue, the Buckeyes are back in action on Saturday against Nebraska looking to show some needed improvement.
In this week's show, Brett Hilbrand joins Dan Hope and Joshua Perry to preview the noon matchup with the Huskers.
While confidence in the team seems to have dropped among both the Buckeye faithful as well as in Vegas – sportsbooks are listing Ohio State as just a 20.5-point favorite over a team that's won just a single game on the season – Joshua Perry expects the Buckeyes to come out strong.
"Ohio State's not going to have bad back-to-back games like that," Joshua said. "It's not going to happen, especially coming off of a bye week."
Still, Nebraska poses a threat. With a potent offense against a struggling defense, there's a chance the Huskers can keep this close, especially if the Buckeyes do not show marked improvement from last week.
"Nebraska's offense, they've got some pieces now," Dan said. "They've got some guys that can make plays. So if this Ohio State defense hasn't fixed the issues that have been plaguing it all year, this might not be a cake walk."
But Ohio State needs a big bounce-back performance on Saturday after a few slow weeks and a blowout loss.
"You gotta go out and on both sides of the ball you've just got to dominate this game for people to feel good," Dan said.
