Minnesota transfer offensive tackle Phillip Daniels commits to Ohio State.
Informal poll: Have you mentally moved on to the next OSU game, or are you still angry and stil trying to get over the loss?
The second part, did you survive most, or all of the Cooper years?
Myself, I've mostly moved on, but still think there needs to be changes made (offensive line). Yes, I survived the entire tenure of the Cooper years. What say you?
TLDR; Insight below:
I remember as a fan during the Cooper years. The losses against TSUN would haunt me for quite a while. It seemed after each and every loss, I would get over the pain of losing faster, and their fans bothered me less and less. Even in 2011, after 7 straight wins, I got over it because the coach was leaving, and OSU was hiring Urban. We knew the tide was about to change. Then 8 more wins, and I can't lie 2021 sucked, so did 2022. Something happened last year, it reminded me of the Cooper years, I got over it in less than a month. This year, I was over it in a week. Of course, knowing TSUN is going to the Mayonnaise Bowl, or the Music Shitty Bowl helps. I think as someone who survived the Cooper years, we process the 4 consecutive losses differently.
As always, everyone gets an upvote here.
