High school athletes in Florida are suing to receive NIL rights.  I predict this will be the first of many to come and could make college coaches jobs that much more difficult.

I believe they will eventually prevail in this which means that colleges need to step up their NIL/marketing games even more.  I always thought offering an 8th grader a scholarship was stupid because kids change so much as they grow, but with boosters flooding high schools with cash, these seems like a recipe for disaster.
