Four-star 2026 TE Corbyn Fordham gives Ohio State a Thanksgiving day commit.
Curious to hear from actual attorneys on this. *ichigan is pressing hard to get criminal charges filed against several MSU players, and I can't argue with that. Beating someone with a football helmet after the game seems like assault to me.
My question is do those same players have a legit lawsuit against the University of *ichigan itself for creating the environment that led to this? The knee-jerk reaction is to say yes, but 100 years of football without an assault in the tunnels makes me think probably not.
The mitigating factor to me (and I still haven't seen anything about this on film or anything) is who threw the first punch? If the Wolverine threw the first shot surrounded by the entire opposing team, then you have to throw in an element of "How else did you expect that to go?"
