Post season is completely out of the question for our Buckeyes now time to make things happen. We already established Thad is back so there's no time to rest or "take some time off" 

Everyone apart of this program need to make their decisions ASAP. If you want to leave-then leave, Staff evaluations(have to make some changes), Gut check time. 

Every person who commits to being apart of next season needs to work their tails off like they never have before because it's obvious being lenient & normal routine isn't the answer anymore! If not time to clean house completely! 

Either you're all in or you're not. This is The Ohio State University mediocrity isn't our standards
