One of Ohio State's remaining basketball targets Eric Ayala has committed to Maryland this afternoon. 

Ayala took his official visit to Ohio State on Oct. 6, the same day the football team hosted the Terps at Ohio Stadium. 

Ayala is ranked as the No. 76 overall player in the country and the No. 20 point guard. He took his official visit to Syracuse on Friday, the night before making his commitment. Ayala gives Maryland three commitments along with Jalen Smith and Aaron Wiggins.
