Tonight there are a number of people hearing/reporting the Cavs and Grizzlies are talking about swapping picks (8th and 4th) but Cavs would need to take on Parsons and possibly Conley.. assuming Cavs would send back salary as well. 

Obvious piece is JR Smith for the Cavs is JR Smith. He would be gone in this deal because his deal is this year and almost nothing guaranteed next year.

If Parsons and Conley were healthy this would be an easy deal... but they aren't

risky... but you could add the #4 player in the draft and Conley for Jr Smith and someone like Thompson..

Plus they could still flip the 4th..
