Ohio State blows out Indiana, 38-15. Now, it's time to do the same to That Team Up North.
Ohio State's new women's basketball assistant coach is already quite familiar with the Buckeyes' biggest rival.
The Buckeyes announced Monday that they had hired Wesley Brooks, who spent the past four seasons at Michigan, as a new assistant coach. Brooks had left Ann Arbor to join the coaching staff at Mississippi State in April, but less than a month later, he's now joining the Buckeyes instead.

A West Virginia graduate, Brooks also previously coached at Robert Morris (2007-08), Texas Southern (2008-11), North Texas (2011-15) and Utah (2015-17) before joining the Wolverines in 2017.
Ohio State still has an opening for another assistant coach after losing two of its assistant coaches from last season to head coaching jobs. Simon Harris became the head coach at East Tennessee State in March, while Tamika Williams-Jeter was announced as the new head coach at Wittenberg on Friday. Carla Morrow, who has been with the Buckeyes since 2019, is the only assistant coach from last season that's still on staff.
