10 NFL teams have scouts in attendance for Ohio State’s first Big Ten home game of the season against Iowa.
The Indianapolis Colts have three representatives attending the game. The Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers and Pittsburgh Steelers each have two. The Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants, Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens each have one.
It’s the first time Ohio State has had double-digit NFL teams in attendance for a game this season.
Not coincidentally, that comes as Ohio State faces its best opponent of the season to date, as Iowa brings several draft-eligible standouts to the Shoe including linebackers Jay Higgins and Nick Jackson, nickelback Sebastian Castro, running back Kaleb Johnson, tight end Luke Lachey and right guard Connor Colby, among others.
