I’ve said this several times but scoffed by some. The proposed ACC revenue deal that will keep FSU and Clemson in the ACC is based on 40% of TVs revenue to be shared evenly among all teams the remaining 60% to split based on a Rolling 5 year average of tv viewership. 
 

I think this model ends up in the B1G sooner than later. It maybe a little more collegial- say 60% split evenly and 40% based on eyeballs.

“Top earners are expected to net an additional $15 million or more, according to sources, while some schools will see a net deduction in annual payout of up to about $7 million annually, an acceptable loss, according to several administrators at schools likely to be impacted, in exchange for some near-term stability.”

I don’t see any B1G team taking a reduction in revenue. However, at the next tv deal, I could see their current “ guaranteed” amount frozen.
