Four-star 2026 TE Corbyn Fordham gives Ohio State a Thanksgiving day commit.
The NFL season is just around the corner, and I am here to make my second edition of divisional predictions. Last year, I nailed some of the more obvious winners (Pats, Steelers) along with the Chiefs while missing wildly on the Saints, Eagles, and Rams. Let's hope this year goes a little better. Here we go:
AFC North: Steelers, Bengals, Ravens, Browns
The Steelers remain the cream of the crop until proven otherwise. The Bengals and Ravens will be anywhere from mediocre to slightly above average teams. I have the Bengals over the Ravens due to their improved O-line, but it could go either way.The Browns improve but not enough to get out of the basement.
AFC West: Chargers, Chiefs, Raiders, Broncos
The Chargers D-line is nasty, and their offense should be good enough to get them to first place. I see the chiefs regressing slightly but still being in contention for a wild card spot while the raiders and broncos play below average football.
AFC South: Jaguars, Titans, Texans, Colts
The Jaguars have possibly the best defense in the NFL, and the offense will be decent enough to win the division. The Titans and Texans duke it out for second, but I think the Texans will have a bad O-line and Watson won't quite light it up like last year before the injury. The Colts have struggled severely on both sides of the line and Luck's return won't be enough to mitigate those struggles.
AFC East: Patriots, Dolphins, Jets, Bills
Pats bc duh, Tannehill is meh, Darnold plays up and down, Bills are quite possibly the worst team in the league this year. Expect multiple qb injuries due to the worst line in the league.
AFC Wild-cards: Titans, Bengals
AFC Champ: Patriots, gonna keep picking them until I'm given a reason not too.
NFC
NFC North: Vikings, Lions, Packers, Bears
This division is very hard to predict. The Vikings should once again have a top 5 defense in the league, and personally I like the Lions team. Aaron Rodgers is great, but I don't like the rest of that Packers team and they play in a good division.
NFC West: Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, Cardinals
Rams have a good O, good D, and a great head coach. 49ers are on the upswing. Russell Wilson spends the season running for his life again, and the cardinals struggle big time on offense.
NFC South: Saints, Panthers, Falcons, Bucs
The Saints will be very good (DRAFT BUCKEYES!), I like the Panthers offense to play well this year. The falcons drop off slightly and the Bucs come in last again.
NFC East: Eagles, Cowboys, Giants, Redskins
Talk about a crapshoot of a division. You could convince me any of these teams could win or heavily struggle in this division. Foles has been up and down. The cowboys have a fully healthy and ready to go Zeke but that wr core is soooo bad. The Giants drafted Saquon, got OBJ back, and upgraded their O-line. Alex Smith on the redskins will be interesting. This was my hardest division to rank.
NFC Wild-cards: Panthers, Lions
NFC Champs: Saints
Super Bowl Champs: Saints.
