After a win over Cleveland State Friday night, Ohio State returned to action Wednesday and fell to Syracuse in the Big Ten-ACC Challenge by a 72-62 final at Value City Arena.
The loss is the first for the No. 16 Buckeyes this season as their overall record drops to 6-1.
Guard C.J. Jackson led Ohio State with 19 points and four rebounds, Kaleb Wesson added 13 points and eight boards, and Kyle Young scored 12 points.
