Ohio State and Michigan Series Now Even at 46-46-4 in Big Ten Play

Thanks to a 13–0–2 start and runs in the 1920s and 1940s, Michigan has long held the series edge over Ohio State, owning a 58–46–6 record in the rivalry. Ohio State made moves to even things up through the years, but then John Cooper's 2–10–1 happened.

However, with today's 42–28 win over the Wolverines – Ohio State's 12th win in the last 14 years – the series is all squared at 46–46–4 in Big Ten play, which dates to 1918.

That's the Jim Tressel (9–1 vs. Michigan) and Urban Meyer (3–0) effect.
