Ohio State will release a video profile of each Select '17 early enrollee every day until National Signing Day. Next up is five-star cornerback Shaun Wade.
Hailing from Trinity Christian in Jacksonville, Florida, Wade committed to the Buckeyes all the way back in January 2015. Even back then, recruiting analysts knew it'd be a street fight to haul Wade this far north.

But after serious flirtation with Alabama, Wade reaffirmed his commitment to Ohio State in December and enrolled on campus earlier this month.
Wade, in the video above, describes his traits thusly: "Long, good speed, athletic, good feet, and great ball skills."
On his Gatorade National Defensive Player of the Award win: "That's a great honor, but that's high school. That's in the past."
Wade cite his parents loving all the coaches as a reason he landed in Columbus. "They really didn't want me to go nowhere else. ... They teach life lessons here. I love this program."
