Two Ohio State walk-ons were rewarded for their hard work as they received scholarships for their senior seasons on Saturday.
Elijaah Goins, a wide receiver from Concord, North Carolina, and Zach Turnure, a linebacker from St. Louis, Missouri, each received their awards during practice on Saturday. Ohio State's official Twitter account posted video of the special moments for both players.

Goins, who originally walked on to the Buckeyes during the spring of 2015, began his Ohio State career as a defensive back before moving to wide receiver this spring. He played in 12 games for the Buckeyes last season on special teams.
"I'm going to do everything I can for this team," Goins said after receiving his scholarship. "Anything to get us to that natty."
Turnure was a member of the Ohio State lacrosse team before walking on to the football team in the fall of 2014. He also played in 12 games for the Buckeyes last season on special teams.
"I love all you," an emotional Turnure said after receiving his scholarship. "I do everything for you guys. Whatever you guys ask, I'll do it."
After delivering the news to both players at practice, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer took to Twitter to congratulate both players.

With Goins and Turnure placed on scholarship, Ohio State is now set to use its full allotment of 85 scholarships for the 2017 season. Neither addition will affect the number of scholarships Ohio State has available for 2018, as both players are entering their final seasons with the team.
