Buckeyes Make Big Plays for Saints in Win
The New Orleans Saints currently have five Buckeyes on their active roster: wide receiver Michael Thomas, and defensive backs Kurt Coleman, Eli Apple, Marshon Lattimore, and Vonn Bell.
All five made plays last night as the Saints came away with a 30-20 road victory over the Minnesota Vikings.
Firstly, Marshon Lattimore came away with a big fumble recovery and long return that set up a Saints touchdown.

Lattimore played solid coverage all night, and finished with three tackles and two passes defensed in addition to that fumble recovery.
Apple, acquired in the middle of the week in a trade with the New York Giants, led the Saints with nine tackles in his debut.
Bell made six tackles, and Coleman had two.
On the offensive side of the ball, Michael Thomas reached a milestone as the stud third-year player caught his 250th pass of his young career, in just his 38th NFL game. He finished the night with five catches for 81 yards.
Also, J.T. Barrett, after being released from the practice squad earlier in the week, was added back on a few days after.

This is the fifth time Barrett has been added back to the practice squad this season. His roster status will likely continue to be flipped back and forth as the season progresses.
Buckeye Bengals Notch Sacks
After Bengals defensive lineman Carl Lawson suffered a knee injury, the door opened for Sam Hubbard to notch some more playing time.
While it wasn't the ideal scenario for it, Hubbard responded with a sack and five tackles in the Cincinnati win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Also, after signing with the team a few weeks ago, Adolphus Washington notched the first sack of his Bengals career. He added three tackles. Washington has proved to be a nice depth signing for the 5-3 Bengals thus far.

Denzel Ward Makes Another Impact Play
After being a heavily criticized pick, Denzel Ward has certainly proven to be a big asset for the rebuilding Browns this season.
He made another big play yesterday as he scooped up a fumble when the Steelers were in the red zone.

Ward recorded seven tackles and a pass defense in this game, in addition to the fumble recovery.
Elsewhere in this game, Cameron Heyward recorded two tackles.
Jeff Heuerman Catches Touchdown
For the first time this season, the Denver Broncos tight end found the end zone.

Nice Spanish call, right? The catch was the only one Heuerman recorded on the day, but it was obviously significant. Unfortunately, the Broncos fell to the Chiefs.
