Ohio State Improves to No. 6 in Latest AP Poll Following Blowout of Michigan

The pollsters are digging Ohio State a lot more after the Buckeyes took Michigan behind the woodshed in a 62-39 pummeling yesterday in the Shoe.

AP voters pushed the Buckeyes up to No. 6 in the latest rankings while Jim Harbaugh's crew fell to No. 8.

Of the many huge games of note next weekend, beyond Ohio State's date with No. 21 Northwestern, is No. 5 Oklahoma's Big 12 championship date with Tom Herman's No. 9 ranked Texas Longhorns.
