After nine Ohio State offensive players earned All-Big Ten honors on Tuesday, seven Buckeye defenders joined them on Wednesday.
Ohio State linebacker Pete Werner and cornerback Shaun Wade both received first-team All-Big Ten recognition while defensive end Zach Harrison and defensive tackle Tommy Togiai earned second-team honors and defensive end Jonathon Cooper, defensive tackle Haskell Garrett and linebacker Baron Browning received third-team recognition.

Defensive end Tyreke Smith, linebacker Tuf Borland and defensive backs Sevyn Banks, Marcus Hooker, Josh Proctor and Marcus Williamson are All-Big Ten honorable mentions.
In total, Ohio State has eight first-team All-Big Ten selections this year – not including any potential special teams honorees, which will be announced Thursday – with Wade and Werner joining Justin Fields, Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, Thayer Munford, Josh Myers and Nicholas Petit-Frere.
