There was plenty of love to go around Ohio State's running back room Friday after the Buckeyes completed their second preseason practice.
As Miyan Williams sat down to meet with reporters, running backs coach Tony Alford walked by where Williams was stationed. He hugged Williams mid-answer to a question, then walked away.
“I love coach Alford, that's my guy,” Williams said.

Alford also met with reporters Friday and discussed his expectation that at least three running backs will play a role for Ohio State this season, including Williams and second-year running backs TreVeyon Henderson and Evan Pryor. All of them fielded questions from reporters on Friday along with freshman Dallan Hayden, who partook in his first interview session as a Buckeye.
