Nick Bosa's award-filled season continued this week.

On Wednesday, the former Buckeye and current San Francisco 49ers defensive end was named to the first-ever NFL Players' All-Pro Team, a nomination that was voted on by players league-wide to determine the best players in the professional league this season.

Nick Bosa was named to the NFL’s first-ever Players’ All-Pro team on Wednesday amid a dominant season for the San Francisco 49ers.

"For too long, we have allowed everyone else to define the best of us as players. That ends now," a press release from the NFLPA states regarding the voting process. "This year, we made the call with the first Players' All-Pro Team. We asked players across the league to select who had the most impact this season. The players were tasked with voting for the best player at their same position and positions they line up against."

Bosa was one of two defensive ends selected for the award, along with Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns.
