Todd Fitch is headed to Baton Rouge.
Fitch, who had been a senior advisor and offensive analyst for Ohio State since January 2021, is leaving the Buckeyes to become a senior offensive analyst at LSU, according to NOLA.com's Wilson Alexander.
Source: LSU is hiring Todd Fitch as a senior offensive analyst. Hell work with QBs. Fitch was an Ohio State analyst the last three years. Joe Sloan worked with him when Fitch was the OC at Louisiana Tech from 2016-19.

An Ohio native, Fitch has no shortage of coaching experience, as he has spent 37 years in college football coaching circles as either a position coach, analyst or offensive coordinator since 1986. Besides his time with Ryan Day at Ohio State, Fitch and Day also spent time together at Boston College in 2013 and 2014. Fitch was the wide receivers and passing game coordinator while Day was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
The 60-year-old worked primarily with Ohio State’s quarterbacks during his three seasons with the Buckeyes. C.J. Stroud specifically named Fitch as a reason he is grateful for his time at Ohio State following his NFL rookie season, one in which he was named NFL Rookie of the Year and Offensive Rookie of the Year.
“I want to thank Ohio State, Coach Day, Todd Fitch and a ton of just Buckeyes out here that have given me nothing but support,” Stroud said in his Offensive Rookie of the Year acceptance speech. “And showed a young kid some love all the way 2,000 miles away from home.”

Fitch is the second analyst to leave the Buckeyes this offseason, joining former senior analyst Joe Philbin, who was hired by the Las Vegas Raiders on Feb. 20. Former Penn State wide receiver Tony Johnson, whose father is Ohio State defensive line coach Larry Johnson, joined the Buckeyes as a senior analyst in February.
