The Ohio State-Michigan rivalry exists in marching band, too.

During halftime of Ohio State's win over Purdue, the marching band formed a bear with Michigan's Block M flag behind it. The bear then "pooped" on the flag, which was used to cover up the maize and blue logo.

Ohio State has lost three consecutive meetings to Michigan. Its last win came in 2019, a 56-27 victory behind standout performances from Justin Fields (302 passing yards, four touchdowns), J.K. Dobbins (211 rushing yards, four touchdowns) and Garrett Wilson (118 receiving yards, one touchdown). The 2020 meeting between the Buckeyes and Wolverines was canceled due to COVID-19.

In 2024, Ohio State and Michigan will meet in Columbus on Nov. 30. With three weeks until the 120th edition of The Game, the Buckeyes are 17.5-point favorites in the contest, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Ohio State is 8-1, and Michigan is 5-4 this year. The Wolverines' losses have come to Texas, Washington, Illinois and Oregon.
