It's no secret: this year's freshmen are smarter than any other group of freshmen Ohio State has ever had on its campus.
To celebrate the arrival of the 7,000-strong class, and perhaps introduce them to some of Ohio State's finer traditions (that's Block O showing the freshmen what's up in the header image), Ohio State hosted their annual Buckeye Kick-Off.
From Ohio State's official site:
Experience the year's most dynamic OSU spirit event at Buckeye Kick-Off! Enjoy free food including the "Ohio Dog" (Ohio's own signature hot dog) and interactive games at the fan fest and tailgate on the south plaza outside the Ohio Stadium South Stands at 6:00. Gates to the Stadium open at 6:30, and the multimedia program, featuring TBDBITL, OSU celebrities, a Block O card stunt, and more begins at 7:00. Stay until the end to come onto the field and pose for a historic group photo!
