Ohio State 2018 commit Justin Ahrens was named the Div. III Ohio Prep Sportswriters player of the year on Sunday.
A senior from Versailles, Ohio, Ahrens averaged just more than 25 points per game in 2017-18.
He is set to join Chris Holtmann's program next season as a member of a recruiting class that currently ranks 24th in the nation according to 247sports.
