Ohio State basketball’s Dec. 29 game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse against West Virginia in Cleveland is set for noon;   tickets on sale Thursday at 10AM

The game — billed as the “Cleveland Classic” — will be the 16th matchup between the teams since the 1949-50 season. The last time the two met, the Mountaineers won 71-65 at home. The Buckeyes lead the series, 8-7.
