Should be safe to assume we would not expect to see the projected 14, 15, or 16 seeds, and that the committee would likely avoid Big Ten matchups to the greatest extent possible.  Seems OSU should fall in the 4-6 seed range pending BTT result, and other teams could see movement from these projected seeds as well.
