Title says it all, no matter the tournament size whether it be 68/48/16 team tournament, Ohio St currently sits as a 3 seed. If they continue to win, and continue to improve could end up a 1 seed. Especially with how tough the big ten is with 12 of 14 teams in the top 40 of the NET/RPI. If they win the big ten they are for sure a 1 seed in the tourney. Say they make a run in the big ten tournament (if there is a big ten tournament) but lose in say the finals, that could still get them a 1 seed.
